China Issues Risk Management Guidelines for OpenClaw-Style AI Agents
China has released new guidelines to manage risks from OpenClaw-style AI agents. The Security Governance Committee of the Artificial Intelligence Industry Alliance (AIIA) issued the "Risk Management Guidelines for OpenClaw-Style Agent Deployment" during the group's 17th plenary session.

The guidelines focus on practical pain points for enterprises during technology deployment. They propose a security framework and self-assessment standards covering the entire lifecycle—deployment, usage, and decommissioning. The goal is to move agents from merely "deployable" to "secure deployment, standardized use, and ongoing governance," providing practical guidance for enterprises to standardize their technical deployments.
