Tencent's "Crayfish" version of WorkBuddy has apologized to users for login issues.
Tencent Apologizes for WorkBuddy & CodeBuddy Login Issues, Offers Credits
Tencent just issued an apology and compensation notice for login problems affecting WorkBuddy and CodeBuddy. The company said it detected login issues for some domestic users at 09:10 on April 2nd.
The team jumped in immediately to address the problem. Services started recovering at 11:45 and are now fully stable. Tencent apologized for the disruption and will credit 1,000 Credits to all affected domestic users. The credits will be distributed within two business days and can be claimed by logging into the "Usage Management" page before 24:00 on April 30th.
