SpaceX Taps 21 Banks for Record-Breaking $1.75T IPO
SpaceX is assembling a massive team for its upcoming IPO. According to people familiar with the matter, the company is working with at least 21 banks—one of the largest underwriter syndicates in recent years.
The offering, internally codenamed "Apex," is expected in June at a valuation of $1.75 trillion. It's shaping up to be one of Wall Street's most anticipated debuts.

Morgan Stanley, Goldman Sachs, JPMorgan Chase, Bank of America, and Citigroup are serving as active bookrunners—the banks leading the deal. Another 16 firms have signed on for smaller roles, according to the sources. About half of those haven't been reported before. The size of the syndicate underscores just how big and complex this proposed offering really is.
