OKX to List BASED for Spot Trading

OKX is adding a new token. The exchange announced it will list BASED for spot trading.

Here's the timeline. Deposits open at 10:00 UTC on March 30th. Call auction runs from 17:00 to 18:00, followed by BASED/USDT spot trading at 18:00. Withdrawals will be available at 20:00.
