Big changes are coming to X. Nikita Bier, the platform's head of product, just announced that a full Grok-powered algorithmic recommendation feed will go live next week.

Bier is calling this update the "most important change" the platform has ever made. Elon Musk had previously teased a major AI recommendation upgrade—with open-sourced code to follow.
The new algorithm, codenamed "Phoenix," is built on a Transformer architecture and uses end-to-end learning. And here's the kicker: it's set to hit GitHub on the same day it launches.
