Solana to Enforce New Validator Rules, Targeting Fairness and Censorship Resistance
Solana is rolling out some new requirements for its validators. According to SolanaFloor, the Solana Foundation will implement a fresh set of delegation program rules starting May 1st, 2026.

The focus is on a few key areas: fair transaction ordering, a strict ban on censorship, tighter rules around timing, and limits on how much ASN and data center concentration is allowed. The goal? To boost network performance and make the user experience smoother.
To keep things transparent, Ghost—a monitoring platform—will help track and publish network health metrics along the way.
