Boundless is now the biggest fully decentralized network for ZK proofs. It can handle more than 400
Boundless Claims Title of Largest Decentralized ZK Proof Network, Onboards Citrea, Wormhole, MegaETH
Boundless just dropped a progress report, and the numbers are big. Since January 2026, they say their network has become the largest fully decentralized ZK proof network out there. Throughput? 80 to 100 times higher than the competition. Proof costs? At an all-time low. Daily proving capacity? North of 400 trillion computational cycles.
The monitoring site prove.wtf is tracking activity across major chains—Polygon, Unichain, World Chain, Base—so the reach is real.

Integration-wise, they've been busy. Citrea mainnet is live and using Boundless proofs to bring programmability to Bitcoin. Wormhole's tapping them for cross-chain verifiable interoperability. MegaETH launched with Boundless in the stack. Stellar integrated their verifiers for合规 proofs that don't leak data. Optimism has them in the ZK roadmap. And Taiko? They're going all-in on ZK with Boundless as the proving layer.
They also upgraded the block explorer—now you can see order flow, prover performance, cost metrics, all in real time. And on the people side: Emiliano Bonassi is in as VP of Engineering, Jonas Theis as Protocol Engineer.
