Iran Proposes Permanent Ban on US, Israel-Linked Tankers in Strait of Hormuz

Iran's parliament has proposed a permanent ban on oil tankers linked to the US and Israel passing through the Strait of Hormuz. According to Ebrahim Azizi, head of the parliamentary national security committee, the proposal would also bar vessels linked to Israel or traveling to and from Israel. The ban would extend to countries that take action against the "Axis of Resistance."
