Morgan Stanley's planned spot Bitcoin ETF will have a low fee of just 0.14%
Morgan Stanley Eyes Lowest-Cost Bitcoin ETF With 0.14% Fee
Morgan Stanley is making a move in the bitcoin ETF space. According to an amended filing with the SEC, the firm is planning to charge a fee of 0.14%—or 14 basis points—for its proposed spot bitcoin ETF.
If approved, that would make it the cheapest fund on the market. Current offerings typically run between 15 and 25 basis points. The lowest-cost option right now is Grayscale's Bitcoin Mini Trust, at 0.15%. Larger funds, like BlackRock's iShares Bitcoin Trust (IBIT), charge 25 basis points.
