Paraguay has issued a new resolution requiring crypto platforms to report detailed transaction data
Paraguay Tightens Crypto Tax Rules: Platforms Must Report Wallet Addresses, Networks, and Hashes
Paraguay is turning up the heat on crypto. The National Tax Authority just dropped Resolution No. 47/26, requiring platforms and managers to report detailed user transaction data—wallet addresses, networks, even transaction hashes. No more hiding in the noise.
The rules apply to donations, inheritances, and NFT trades above $5,000 a year. It's part of a broader push to fold digital assets into the national tax system—and stay in line with FATF's anti-money laundering playbook.
