Shanghai AI Lab Unveils SafeClaw: An Agent Platform Built for Security and Scale

Shanghai AI Lab just dropped a new platform at the Global Developer Conference 2026. It's called SafeClaw, and its pitch is built around two core ideas: "intrinsic security" and "industrial-grade intelligence."

On the security side, SafeClaw sets up a trusted monitoring hub that can spot and block risks across multiple layers. On the intelligence side, it acts like a multi-layer agent factory. Using hardware-level sandbox isolation, it can spin up agents in sub-seconds—clocking performance over 10 times faster than mainstream architectures.
