Stocks Slide After Strong Open: Adobe Drops 7.5%, Meta 3.8%—Crypto Names Hold Gains

Wall Street couldn't hold its morning momentum. The Dow slipped 0.25%, the S&P 500 lost 0.6%, and the Nasdaq fell 0.93% as tech names softened. Adobe dropped 7.5%, Meta Platforms shed 3.8%. The Nasdaq Golden Dragon China Index was a bright spot, up 0.75%.

Crypto-related stocks trimmed some of their recent gains but still closed green: MSTR +1.70%, COIN +1.19%, CRCL +1.05%, SBET +0.67%, BMNR -0.05% (the lone red).
