The AI agent race has a new leader. BNB Smart Chain has registered over 34,000 ERC-8004 AI agents, pulling ahead of Ethereum mainnet (14,000) and Base (16,500). The growth curve is insane: from just 337 agents across all chains in January to nearly 130,000 now—a 39,000% surge.

Activity is keeping pace. On March 10, BSC hit a record 523,000 daily agent transactions. The next day, agent-driven DEX volume cleared $18.1 million. The bots are busy.
