Apple Cuts China App Store Commissions: Standard Rate Drops to 25%, Small Biz to 12%

Apple just tweaked its China pricing. Starting March 15, commission rates on the mainland App Store are coming down. The standard cut for in-app purchases and paid apps drops from 30% to 25%. And for devs in the Small Business Program or Mini Apps Partner Program—plus subscriptions after year one—the rate falls from 15% to 12%. A rare trim from Cupertino.
