CZ Calls Out Forbes: 'If I Claim More, They Rank Me Lower'
Changpeng Zhao is not buying Forbes' math. In a post on X, the former Binance CEO flagged what he sees as a glaring inconsistency: ByteDance pulls in an estimated $150 billion in revenue—founder Zhang Yiming's net worth? $69 billion. Meanwhile, a certain CEX (wink) does around $5 billion in revenue, yet CZ himself is pegged at $110 billion.
His takeaway? If he claims higher assets, Forbes might knock him down a peg—or drop him entirely. "They seem to estimate the opposite," he says.
