Spot gold and silver are both dropping, with spot gold falling more than 1% today.

Gold and Silver Dip on the Day

Both gold and silver took a hit in today's trading. According to Gate data, spot gold pulled back below the $4,460 per ounce mark.

It's currently down about 1.03% on the day. Silver followed a similar path, slipping under $70 per ounce with a 1.67% drop.
